Refund policy
At JXS The Label, we want you to love your order! We are more than happy to offer returns of your purchase for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping & handling fees) within 10 days of receiving your order.
As a small business, we now only issue refunds via store credit, which never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide refunds for change of mind unless the product is deemed faulty.
Return Eligibility
Full-priced items: Eligible for a full refund via store credit or exchange.
Sale items: All sale are final sale - not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
Gift cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Return Process & Conditions
Items must still be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please fold items neatly before returning them to prevent creases or damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
Faulty Items
JXS The Label reserves the right to assess whether a product has a genuine manufacturing fault. If a defect is confirmed, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Returns Process
Contact Us
Email us at contact@jxsthelabel.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d like an exchange OR a refund via store credit
Check Your Items
Ensure your items are in perfect condition, as outlined in our return policy. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or tampered with in any way.
Ship Your Return
- Only send your parcel to the return address provided in our response.
- Clearly label your name as the sender.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service like Australia Post, as we are not liable for lost returns. If your package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to process your return.
Processing Your Return
- Please allow 5 business days from the date your return is marked as delivered for us to process your store credit refund or exchange.
- Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days, and you will receive either:
- A new tracking number for your exchange, OR
- A refund via store credit
