Our Returns Policy

Exchanges & Refunds 
You may return your purchase and be exchanged or refunded (not including shipping & handling fees) within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must still be in a new, unworn, unwashed condition. 
Please ensure the item is folded neatly when returning it to prevent any further creases or damage.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and tracking information.

RETURNS PROCESS
1. Emailus at contact@jxsthelabel.com, placing 'RETURN' in the subject line. Please include the following details in your email to us:
  • Order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • If you would like an exchange or refund (incurs processing fee).
2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as stated. We cannot accept any items returned worn or tampered with in any way.
3. Ship your parcel back only to the address provided by us in our reply, with your Name clearly as the Sender. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.
Shipping costs from the original order cannot be refunded as the original order had already been shipped to the customer using that shipping service. Any discounts or offers applied in the original order will not be refunded.
4. Once we receive your return, please expect up to 3-5 business days to process your return through either; an exchange with a new tracking number or a refund (incurs processing fee).

JXS The Label cannot be held responsible or liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. If the customer's identification details (surname, first name, email, address) are not included in the returned parcel, the parcel shall be refused.

We will also be unable to process any returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please ensure you carefully follow washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity of your pieces.
